目的:应用双波长分光光度法测定甲硝唑氧氟沙星注射液含量。方法:以0.1mol·L~(-1)盐酸液为溶剂,在波长277,307.4,293,260nm处进行测定。结果:甲硝唑浓度在4~20μg·ml~(-1)之间,氧氟沙星浓度在2~10μg·ml~(-1)之间符合比尔定律,浓度与吸收度差值呈良好线性关系,甲硝唑平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.6%(n=8),氧氟沙星平均回收率为100.7%,RSD为0.4%(n=8)。结论:该法方便、快速、准确可靠。
Objective: To determine the concentration of ofloxacin metronidazole by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Method: 0.1 mol·L ~ (-1) hydrochloric acid solution was used as the solvent at the wavelength of 277, 307.4, 293 and 260 nm. Results: The concentration of metronidazole was in the range of 4 ~ 20μg · ml ~ (-1), while the concentration of ofloxacin was in the range of 2 ~ 10μg · ml ~ (-1). Beer ’s law was obeyed and the difference between concentration and absorption was good The average recovery of metronidazole was 99.5%, RSD 0.6% (n = 8), ofloxacin 100.7% and RSD 0.4% (n = 8). Conclusion: The method is convenient, rapid, accurate and reliable.
