Ras蛋白超家族结构上均由190个左右的氨基酸残基构成,仪有一个GTP酶结构域。Ras及相关蛋白在众多的细胞调节过程中起着关键作用,包括细胞增殖与分化,胞内胞液间运输,胞内氧化酶的产生,细胞骨架的调控以及胞外信息的跨膜传递等分子开关作用。
The structure of the Ras superfamily consists of about 190 amino acid residues and has a GTPase domain.
