目的研究被动吸烟对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法用跳台实验检测暴露被动吸烟环境的小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果被动吸烟后小鼠体质量无显著下降,未见全身反应;低、中、高3个剂量组(分别被动吸烟1支,2支,4支)与对照组比较,跳台潜伏期显著延长(P<0.05),错误次数显著增多(P<0.05);24h后第2次跳台实验与第1次跳台实验比较错误次数无显著减少(P>0.05)。结论被动吸烟可不同程度地影响小鼠的学习记忆能力。
Objective To study the effect of passive smoking on learning and memory in mice. Methods The ability of learning and memory in mice exposed to passive smoking environment was tested by jumping test. Results After passive smoking, there was no significant decrease in body weight and no systemic reaction. Compared with the control group, the low, middle and high dose groups (1, 2, 4, respectively) <0.05), and the number of errors was significantly increased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the number of mistakes between the second jump test and the first jump test after 24h (P> 0.05). Conclusion Passive smoking can affect the learning and memory ability of mice to some extent.
