Beam line vacuum interlock protection and control system is to protect the synchrotron radiation accelerator and the beam line, experimental station safe and reliable operation of the essential necessary equipment. The beamline vacuum control system with a standardized, high-quality programmable logic controller (PL C) enhances system reliability, stability, immunity to interference and electromagnetic compatibility. This article describes the Hefei synchrotron radiation source vacuum interlock protection and control system and PL C in the control system
