变压器中油的质量,关系到变压器安全运行和使用寿命。如果油的pH值降至4.2以下时,将影响变压器绝缘等性能。因此分析变压器油中的pH值,确保油质符合规范要求,保证企业正常生产和提高经济效益,有很重要的意义。过去测定油中pH值采用比色法〈一般都是目视比色〉。主观误差较大,而且配色阶很麻烦,我们试验改用酸度计测定油中水溶性酸,效果很好。该法比目视比色法更为简便,经济、准确、测定范围更宽,而且易于掌握。
