随着社会经济的不断发展,人力资源战略在企业可持续发展中所占据的比例越来越大。企业的用人理念、人才储备观念随着外部经济环境与自身的不断壮大而实时调整,但其不变的核心是适用性。现代企业都应具备成熟的人才选拔标准,还要有适应于企业长期可持续发展的人才储备策略,基于这些原因,再综合企业的用人理念、企业文化与经营思想等方面,企业与职业技术学校共同进行人才培养与能力开发,成为保障企业发展的基本战略。本文通过对企业人才需求的分析,进而提出中职学校的人才培养创新模式,以期使中职学校的人才培养模式更能满足企业需求,提高学生的综合竞争力。
With the continuous development of social economy, human resources strategy occupies an increasingly larger proportion in the sustainable development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the needs of enterprise talents, this paper puts forward the innovation model of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools so as to make the model of talent cultivation in secondary vocational schools better meet the needs of enterprises and improve students’ overall competitiveness.
