对21例经水囊引产和剖腹中止妊娠的胎儿垂体进行垂体激素免疫级化的病理观察,以及其体外培养生长和分泌激素水平的生物学特性研究。结果表明:胎龄10~28周的垂体具备良好的分泌GH、TSH功能,特别GH水平较高,TSH在17~24周的胎儿垂体水平较其他各级水平更高(P<0.01)。免疫组化进一步证实胎儿垂体GH+、TSH+细胞最丰富。一定条件下,体外培养能维持胎儿垂体细胞的生长和分泌功能。
The pathological changes of pituitary hormone immunostaining were observed in 21 cases of pituitary gland induced by hydatid cyst and cesarean abortion. The biological characteristics of the pituitary gland in vitro were also studied. The results showed that the pituitary glands with gestational age of 10-28 weeks had good function of secreting GH and TSH, and the level of special GH was higher. The pituitary levels of TSH between 17 and 24 weeks were higher than those of other levels (P <0.01) . Immunohistochemistry further confirmed fetal pituitary GH +, TSH + cells most abundant. Under certain conditions, in vitro culture can maintain the growth and secretion of fetal pituitary cells.
