研究煤的反应性与其煤焦显微结构的关系,以及配加 CaCO_3对煤反应性的催化作用。煤的反应性取决于煤焦的显微组分和孔隙结构。当煤和气体介质的反应处于化学动力区的温度范围时,CaCO_3的配入量与煤的反应性成正线性关系,对于不同煤种,其变比率最大时的温度不同,阳泉无烟煤是1000℃,而浦河褐煤是900℃。
The relationship between the reactivity of coal and the microstructure of coal char was studied, and the catalytic effect of adding CaCO 3 to coal reactivity was also studied. The reactivity of coal depends on the microstructure and pore structure of char. When the reaction between coal and gas medium is in the temperature range of the chemical kinetic zone, the amount of CaCO 3 dosed into the coal has a positive linear relationship with the reactivity of the coal. For different coal types, the temperature at the maximum change ratio is different. The Yangquan anthracite is 1000 ℃, Puhe lignite is 900 ℃.
