1 水库概况及存在问题望花亭水库位于方城县城东南9km的礓石拉河上,水库控制流域面积4500hm~2,坝长1310m,最大坝高14.4m,坝顶高程154.83m,兴利库容1750万m~3。大坝为均质土坝,是一座以防洪、灌溉、养殖等综合利用的中型水库工程。水库于1957年兴建,1958年建成。建库前库区未做地质勘探,施工时也未做基础处理,致使坝基严重漏水。 1 Overview of reservoir and existing problems Wanghuating Pavilion Reservoir is located 9 km southeast of Fangcheng County on the Shilala River.
