目的本文讨论分析引起口腔科诊疗中的医源性感染的因素及控制,以便使医务人员在工作中提高自我防护能力。方法切断传染源。口腔科医源性感染已引起医学界的高度重视,传播途径多,可通过医患之间、患者之间、诊疗器械及空气等途径传播。结果在口腔诊疗操作过程中发生的医源性感染不仅给患者带去了痛苦,也使口腔科医生成为感染性疾病的高危人群。本文探究口腔科诊疗中的医源性感染的因素,探讨口腔科诊疗中的医源性感染的常见原因,找出对其进行预防的措施。结论加强口腔科医护人员的职业安全防范意识,强化其无菌观念,加强口腔医疗器械的消毒,减少口腔诊疗室的细菌污染,可减少口腔医源性感染的发生。
Objectives This article discusses the analysis of the factors that cause iatrogenic infection in dentistry clinics and controls that will enable health workers to improve their self-protection at work. Methods to cut off the source of infection. Stomatology-based infections have aroused the medical community’s attention, transmission and more, through doctors and patients, patients, medical devices and air and other means of transmission. As a result, iatrogenic infections that occurred during the operation of the dental clinic not only brought pain to the patients, but also made the dentist a high risk group of infectious diseases. This article explores the factors of iatrogenic infection in the diagnosis and treatment of dentistry, discusses the common causes of iatrogenic infection in the diagnosis and treatment of stomatology, and finds out the measures to prevent it. Conclusion It is suggested that strengthening the awareness of occupational safety among dentists, strengthening their concept of sterility, strengthening the disinfection of oral medical equipment, reducing bacterial contamination in oral clinic and reducing the incidence of oral iatrogenic infection.
