目的:探讨肿瘤标志物CA125、CA199、CA153和CA724联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值。方法:采用电化学发光法测定45例卵巢癌患者、38例卵巢良性肿瘤患者和41例健康妇女血清中的CA125、CA199、CA153和CA724水平。结果:卵巢癌患者血清CA125、CA199和CA153水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);卵巢癌患者血清CA125、CA199和CA153阳性率分别为66.6%、31.1%和42.2%,均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05);联合检测CA125、CA199、CA153和CA724诊断卵巢癌的阳性率为86.6%,诊断卵巢良性肿瘤的阳性率为34.2%,均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),且显著高于单一肿瘤标志物检测的阳性率;联合检测的敏感性(86.6%)和准确性(91.5%)均高于单项检测结果。结论:联合检测CA125、CA199、CA153和CA724对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断和鉴别具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of tumor markers CA125, CA199, CA153 and CA724 in ovarian cancer. Methods: The levels of CA125, CA199, CA153 and CA724 in sera of 45 patients with ovarian cancer, 38 patients with benign ovarian tumor and 41 healthy women were determined by electrochemiluminescence. Results: The levels of serum CA125, CA199 and CA153 in patients with ovarian cancer were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05). The positive rates of serum CA125, CA199 and CA153 in patients with ovarian cancer were 66.6%, 31.1% and 42.2% The positive rate of combined detection of CA125, CA199, CA153 and CA724 in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer was 86.6%, and the positive rate of the diagnosis of benign ovarian tumor was 34.2%, which were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (P <0.05) ), Which was significantly higher than that of single tumor marker. The sensitivity and accuracy of combined detection (86.6% and 91.5%) were higher than those of single detection. Conclusion: The combined detection of CA125, CA199, CA153 and CA724 is of great significance in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
