长寿命卫星外露热控涂层的太阳吸收率退化是设计师非常关心的问题,文章介绍了热控涂层近紫外辐照a_5退化特性试验。本次试验技术与过去相比有很大的提高,时间长达5 000ESH,加速倍率较小,试验结果应该更真实。试验证明所用的热控涂层紫外稳定性非常好,个别热控涂层一直呈上升趋势,所有辐照热控涂层暴露大气后其退化都有一定回复。
Degradation of solar absorptance of long-lived satellite exposed thermal control coatings is of great concern to designers. The article introduced the degradation characteristics of a-5 near-infrared radiation of thermal control coatings. The test technology compared with the past has greatly improved, up to 5 000ESH, acceleration rate is small, the test results should be more realistic. Tests show that the thermal stability of the UV coating used is very good, the thermal control coating has been on an upward trend, all radiation thermal control coating after exposure to the atmosphere have a certain degree of degradation.
