钾离子选择电极中,以中性载体缬氨霉素膜电极(简称缬氨霉素钾电极)的性能为优。国外已做了不少对比工作,并有多种基于缬氨霉素的钾电极商品。国内尚无缬氨霉素产品,为此我们曾用合成的王冠醚制备了钾电极,并已商品化。但王冠醚钾电极对钠离子的选择系数较缬氨霉素的大一个数量级以上,难用于高钠溶液中钾的测定。本文介绍了利用美国产缬氨霉素所制备的PVC(聚氯乙烯)膜钾电极及其应用。一、缬氨霉素钾电极的制备1.电极制备用10毫克缬氨霉素(美国SIGMA,NO.VO 627缬氨霉素晶体),加入2.5毫克四苯硼钾,滴加数滴丙
