土壤中含有丰富的磷、钾矿物,但主要呈铝硅酸盐及磷灰石等矿物态形式,不能直接被植物吸收利用。因此,应用钾细菌,促使这些磷、钾矿物转化为植物能够直接吸收利用的可给态,是值得我们很好研究的。近几年来,市郊连续进行了钾细菌大田肥效试验,施用钾细菌308菌株,三麦增产9.7%,油菜增产7.2%,同时对植物的某些病害也有减轻作用。为了了解钾细菌308的增产原因,我们在前人(注)研究的基础上,对钾细菌308菌株的作用机制作了一些研究,现将钾细菌308菌株对磷、钾矿物分解能力的研究小结如下。
