小肠脂肪瘤是极少见的良性肿瘤，在临床上常产生严重并发症，术前确诊困难。本文报道我院近年收治的三例小肠脂肪瘤致成人肠套叠。例1，女47岁。因阵发性腹痛持续性加重伴恶心呕吐48小时人院。既往无腹部手术史。查体见腹部膨隆，全腹压痛，肠呜音减弱。腹部透视见多个液平面。 Intestinal lipoma is a rare benign tumor. It often causes severe complications in clinical practice and is difficult to diagnose before surgery. This article reports three cases of intestinal intussusception caused by small intestine lipoma in our hospital in recent years. Example 1, female 47 years old.
