为了评估工业区建设用地的生态适宜性程度,以铁山港沿海工业区为例,在遥感影像处理软件ENVI4.0支持下,从该区域2007年TM影像图提取了河流、NDVI值等具有代表性的评价因素;通过ArcGIS 9.0对1 : 50000地形图建立数字高程模型,得出高程、坡度等数据;再与社会承受条件等因子在ArcMap空同分析软件建立评价因子空间数据库,运用层次分析法确定各因子的权重;在泰森多边形原理的基础上通过ArcMap的空间分析模块进行多因子叠加分析,得到评价区域的生态适宜性综合评价值. 结果表明,最适宜用地占18.57%,适宜用地占45.81%,基本适宜用地占30.57%,不适宜用地占5.05%.结合评价结果对不同等级的用地类型进行提议,从生态环境的角度,为沿海工业区的发展提供了参考.
