学习贯彻党的十八大精神,把“努力办好人民满意的教育”工作落到实处的关键,就是认真实施《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》。对于北京开放大学国际文化学院来说,一项重要的工作就是按照《留学北京行动计划》的要求,发展北京开放大学的汉语国际教育,为北京的来华留学教育工作贡献一份力量。发展北京开放大学的汉语国际教育,具体工作应该体现在以下方面:一、突出特色,提升层次,进一步优化校内留学环境 The key to studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and putting into practice the education for the satisfaction of the people is to conscientiously implement the Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020). For the International Cultural Institute of Beijing Open University, an important task is to develop the Chinese international education at Beijing Open University in accordance with the requirements of the “Beijing Plan of Study Abroad.” This will contribute to Beijing’s overseas education. To develop Chinese international education at Beijing Open University, the specific work should be reflected in the following aspects: First, highlighting characteristics and upgrading the level to further optimize the environment for studying in the university
