1台XG955III型装载机在工作5580h后,出现工作和转向装置均无动作故障,而其行走正常。初步分析该故障发生在其液压系统。为此,我们在认真分析该机液压系统工作原理的基础上,查找故障原因。(1)组成该机液压系统主要由液压油箱1、吸油滤芯2、转向泵3、优先卸荷阀4、转向器5、缓冲阀6、左转向缸7、右转向缸8、先导阀9、多路阀10、动臂缸11、铲斗缸12、工作泵13、供油阀14、回油滤芯15、液压油散热器16等元件组成,如图1所示。(2)功用该机工作和转向液压系统元件,按
