墙体保温技术根据保温层所处的位置可以分为外保温、内保温、自保温、夹芯墙保温和复合保温。受建筑结构的影响,自保温、夹芯墙保温和复合保温的使用受到了限制。外保温技术不仅适用于新建的建筑工程,也适用于既有建筑节能改造,适用范围广,技术含量高,因此,外墙外保温技术是目前大力推广的一种建筑节能保温技术。故笔者试论述了建筑外墙外保温材料的分类、外墙外保温系统存在的问题及分析、并对外保温的防火设计做初步探讨、并对新的外墙外保温技术进行了简要分析。
Wall insulation technology according to the location of the insulation layer can be divided into external insulation, internal insulation, self-insulation, sandwich wall insulation and composite insulation. Affected by the building structure, the use of self-insulation, sandwich wall insulation and composite insulation is limited. External thermal insulation technology is not only suitable for new construction projects, but also for existing buildings, energy-saving, wide range of applications, high technical content, therefore, external wall insulation technology is currently vigorously promote a building energy-saving insulation technology. Therefore, I tried to discuss the classification of building exterior insulation materials, exterior insulation system problems and analysis, and external insulation design to do a preliminary study of fire protection, and a new exterior insulation technology briefly analyzed.
