由于各系统的维修任务和维修间隔均在维修方案中作了规定,并且各系统的维修类型相对固定,因此制定维修方案的关键就是确定系统的维修间隔。根据训练机型部件的使用可靠性数据来确定其维修间隔,利用中位秩和最小二乘法参数估计来计算服从威布尔分布的部件其两参数,再通过部件寿命分布以此确定维修间隔。最后以172R机型起落架历史维修数据为例,对此方法进行验证,效果良好。
As the system maintenance tasks and maintenance intervals are defined in the maintenance program, and the types of maintenance of the system is relatively fixed, so the key to develop a maintenance program is to determine the maintenance interval of the system. The maintenance interval is determined according to the reliability data of the training equipment components, and the two parameters of the parts subject to Weibull distribution are calculated by using the median rank and the least squares parameter estimation. Then, the service intervals are determined through the distribution of the parts life. Finally, taking the historical maintenance data of the 172R landing gear as an example, the method is validated and works well.
