目的加强清洗过程各环节质量监控,发现质量问题及时整改,促进医疗器械清洗质量的持续改进。方法运用PD-CA循环管理理论对医疗器械清洗质量进行管理。结果实施PDCA循环,使用后的医疗器械及时预处理,严格器械分类、选择合适清洗方法,达到清洗质量持续改进。结论通过PDCA循环管理,对医院的护理质量监控更具有计划性和系统性,科室全员参与管理,提高医疗器械清洗质量,是一种科学、有效的管理方法。
Objective To strengthen the quality control in all aspects of the cleaning process, find quality problems timely rectification, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of medical device cleaning. Methods The PD-CA cycle management theory was used to manage the quality of medical device cleaning. Results The implementation of PDCA cycle, the timely use of medical equipment after pretreatment, strict equipment classification, select the appropriate cleaning method to achieve continuous improvement of cleaning quality. Conclusions PDCA cycle management is a scientific and effective management method to monitor and control the quality of nursing care in hospitals. It is more systematic and planned to take part in the management of all departments and improve the quality of medical device cleaning.
