铁路重新开启零散货物运输,为降低运输过程中的货物破损率和提高工作效率,铁路局提出用小型装卸设备将同一批次的零散货物承装,来进行运输装卸作业,为科学管理小型装卸设备,提升铁路快运货物服务能力,实现货物全程跟踪,降低货损率,避免串货、丢货、中转失误等现象。研究铁路货运小型装卸设备智能化管理系统。通过该系统利用手持终端系统,进行散货扫描后装入小型装卸设备,从堆状体变成箱状体,增加了空间利用率,从而提升仓库、车辆空间利用率。并且对小型装卸设备的信息进行追踪和调配,不断优化作业流程,增加小型装卸设备使用率,实现作业效率最大化,并最终增加客户满意度,即在服务了社会的前提下增加了效益。
