装配工艺一项将大量标准元件组装成完整产品的复杂工艺技术,将产品设计与制造紧密的结合起来,装配工艺技术的好坏直接决定了产品质量的好坏。传统的装配工艺系统都是二维的,空间感差、识别性差给装配工作带来了巨大的困难。随着三维技术的发展,越来越多的装配工厂都开始将装配技术与三维技术结合起来形成了新型的三维装配工艺。三维装配工艺通过立体三维图片、三维动画等使得装配流程更加立体直观,大大降低了装配工作的复杂程度。本文在结合相关实例的基础上论述了三维装配工艺的设计方法。

This article discusses the design method of 3D assembly process based on the related examples.
