当前,离退休职工的思想观念、价值取向都发生了巨大的变化。在新形势的发展需求下,加强政治思想工作者基本素质的培养对于完善离退休管理工作显得更加重要。本文结合离退休管理工作实践对政治思想工作者做好退管工作应具备的基本素质作了粗浅的探讨。 At present, the ideas and values ​​of retired workers have undergone tremendous changes.
