Into a room, we often look at it unconsciously how large and spacious, in fact, psychologists remind you that the height of the ceiling on the psychological impact may be greater. Recently, an article published in Consumer Research published by Professor Myles Levi, Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota, demonstrated this point from the perspective of psychological information processing. They recruited college volunteers to get into four different rooms, all of which had the same layout except for the ceiling height. The results found that in the ceiling of 2.4 meters around the room, the participants generally reflect the mood more depressed, restricted, and in the room above the ceiling 3 meters, then feel more free and open mind.
