进行了LD抽运声光调Q Nd:YAG激光器用于轧辊毛化的研制和毛化实验情况的研究。在毛化点阵密度为4mm×4mm的要求下,用该激光毛化装置对铬基轧辊毛化,实现了2.8kHz的频率条件下,粗糙度在6μm范围内可调,5.6kHz的频率条件下,粗糙度在4.5μm范围内可调的优良毛化性能。实现了粗糙度大范围可调、高效率、长寿命和低运行成本的LD抽运Nd:YAG激光毛化装置的成功研制。
The LD pumping acousto-optic Q-switched Nd: YAG laser was used to research the development of the hair curling and the texturing experiment. Under the requirement of the texturing density of 4mm × 4mm, the chrome-based roll was texturized with the laser texturing device and the roughness was adjustable in the range of 6μm under the frequency of 2.8kHz. The frequency of 5.6kHz Under the roughness of 4.5μm adjustable excellent texturing properties. The successful development of an LD pumped Nd: YAG laser texturing device with a wide range of roughness, high efficiency, long life and low running cost was achieved.
