中国长城铝业公司、北京矿冶研究总院、中南工业大学、郑州轻金属研究院、沈阳铝镁设计研究院和中国有色金属工业技术交流中心六家单位,经过三年多的共同努力,把选矿工艺与拜尔法工艺成功地进行了对接,创造了“选矿——拜尔法”生产氧化铝新工艺。这是我国氧化铝生产领域的一次重大技术革命。 110年前,奥地利化学家拜尔发明了拜尔法生产氧化铝工艺。拜尔法生产氧化铝工艺简单、综合能耗和产品成本比较低。目前全世界90%以上的氧化铝仍是用这种方法生产的。但拜尔法不联理铝硅比低于10的矿石。据地勘资料,我国铝矿资源仅次于澳大利亚、
