选择性运动训练技术配合超声波治疗髌股关节疼痛综合征的临床疗效观察

目的探讨选择性运动训练技术配合超声波治疗髌股关节疼痛综合征的疗效。方法 2011年7月-2012年8月采用随机方法将符合纳入标准的患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组28例。两组患者的性别、年龄、体质量指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组接受选择性运动训练和超声波治疗,对照组接受普通肌力训练和超声波治疗。对所有患者治疗前和治疗5 d后膝关节数字疼痛评分(NPRS)及功能障碍评分进行比较。结果治疗前,治疗组与对照组的膝关节NPRS评分分别为(4.7±0.8)、(4.8±0.9)分,膝关节功能障碍评分分别为(11.2±2.2)、(12.2±2.7)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗5 d后,治疗组与对照组膝关节NPRS评分分别为(2.1±0.5)、(4.2±1.0)分,膝关节功能障碍评分分别为(6.4±1.9)、(11.1±2.6)分,均较治疗前有显著降低,且治疗组降低更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择性运动训练配合超声波疗法可以有效缓解髌股关节疼痛。 Objective To explore the curative effect of selective exercise training and ultrasound in the treatment of patellofemoral joint pain syndrome. Methods From July 2011 to August 2012, patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 28 cases in each group. There was no significant difference in gender, age and body mass index between the two groups (P> 0.05). The treatment group received selective exercise training and ultrasound treatment, while the control group received general strength training and ultrasound treatment. All patients were compared before treatment and after 5 days of treatment of digital knee pain scores (NPRS) and dysfunction scores were compared. Results Before treatment, the NPRS scores of the knee joint in the treatment group and the control group were (4.7 ± 0.8) and (4.8 ± 0.9), respectively, and the scores of knee joint dysfunction were (11.2 ± 2.2) and (12.2 ± 2.7) No statistical significance (P> 0.05). After 5 days of treatment, the NPRS scores of the knee joint in the treatment group and the control group were (2.1 ± 0.5) and (4.2 ± 1.0) respectively, and the scores of knee joint dysfunction were (6.4 ± 1.9) and (11.1 ± 2.6) Compared with before treatment was significantly reduced, and the treatment group decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Selective exercise training combined with ultrasound can effectively relieve patellofemoral joint pain.
