目的:研究非白色念珠菌口腔白斑和白色念珠菌口腔白斑组织中RIP2、Caspase-12的表达,探讨白色念珠菌感染对口腔白斑组织中RIP2和Caspase-12表达的影响。方法:收集40例口腔白斑组织,通过HE染色、真菌银染法和免疫组化法检测白色念珠菌抗原确定是否伴有白色念珠菌感染,采用免疫组化法检测非白色念珠菌白斑和白色念珠菌白斑组织中RIP2和Caspase-12的表达,图像分析测定平均光密度值,通过统计分析评价表达水平的差异。结果:白色念珠菌白斑组中RIP2和Caspase-12的表达水平较非白色念珠菌白斑组明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白色念珠菌感染可能增强口腔白斑组织中RIP2和Caspase-12的表达。
Objective: To investigate the expression of RIP2 and Caspase-12 in oral leukoplakia of Candida albicans and oral leukoplakia of Candida albicans and to investigate the effect of Candida albicans infection on the expression of RIP2 and Caspase-12 in oral leukoplakia. Methods: 40 cases of oral leukoplakia were collected. Candida albicans antigen was detected by HE staining, fungal silver staining and immunohistochemistry to determine whether there was Candida albicans infection. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect white Candida albicans and white beads The expression of RIP2 and Caspase-12 in the leukoplakia of the bacteria were measured. The average optical density was measured by image analysis. The difference of expression level was evaluated by statistical analysis. Results: The expression levels of RIP2 and Caspase-12 in Candida albicans white spot group were significantly higher than those in non-Candida albicans white spot group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Candida albicans infection may enhance the expression of RIP2 and Caspase-12 in oral leukoplakia.
