本文主要介绍潘多拉系统中用于文献信息读出方面的TeO_2二元超声波光偏转器及其激励电路。[潘多拉(PANDORA)是日本电通研究所研制的利用全息技术的文献检索装置]文中首先明确了这种偏转器的设计标准,然后详细叙述制作工艺及所制成器件之声学和声光特性。本文重点叙述由于换能器粘接技术的确立、超声波吸收体的制作成功及采用散热工艺减少了热影响等原因,致使器件趋于实用化。其典型特性为:中心频率150兆赫、光偏转带宽60兆赫、偏转效率75%(输入3瓦的连续波)、偏转点容量50。关于激励电路系统,叙述了它的结构和工作情况,同时也介绍了为激励电路系统设计和制造的频率合成器的主要特性。
This paper mainly introduces the TeO_2 binary ultrasonic wave deflector used in the readout of the Pandora system and its excitation circuit. [PANDORA is a literature retrieval device using holographic technology developed by Japan’s Teikoku Research Institute.] The article first defines the design criteria for such a deflector and then details the manufacturing process and the acoustical and acousto-optic properties of the fabricated device. This article focuses on the transducer bonding technology as established, the successful production of ultrasonic absorber and the use of cooling technology to reduce the thermal effects and other reasons, resulting in the device tends to be practical. The typical features are: center frequency of 150 MHz, optical deflection bandwidth of 60 MHz, deflection efficiency of 75% (input 3 watt continuous wave), the deflection point capacity of 50. Regarding the excitation circuit system, its structure and operation are described. The main features of the frequency synthesizer designed and manufactured for the excitation circuit system are also introduced.
