针对钻井过程中发生的井漏或溢流问题,研究了井下液面监测与自动灌浆系统,工作人员就可以通过计算机系统程序控制井筒内的液面位置,使井内液柱压力与地层压力始终维持平衡或近似平衡;该装置通过脉冲波井下液面监测仪监测井筒内液面的变化,判断钻井过程中是否发生井涌和井漏。通过自动数钻杆机构,结合溢流检测器和灌注砂泵,实现在起下钻过程中自动灌注或停注钻井液。现场应用表明,该仪器能满足现场高噪音环境下、井口打开、钻具在运动状态下对井下液面进行在线监测。
Aiming at the problems of well leakage and leakage during the drilling process, the downhole liquid level monitoring and automatic grouting system was researched. The field application shows that the instrument can meet the scene of high noise environment, the wellhead opened, the drilling tool in the state of motion on-line monitoring of the liquid level.
