近来较忙,实在无暇写一些深入的研究,就写一点近日购车中的感悟吧。印象中,4S店利润丰厚,但近来发现其已近似于“完全竞争市场”。尤其在销售上,产品同质化(只要是正规经销商,同一品牌的车,质量基本无差异),服务也同质化(都是一条龙)。在价格战中,4S店的利润率日益摊薄。以至于北京大型汽车经销商“众义达”在2008年5月宣布停业。这个行业走到今天,同质竞争、利润率日趋摊薄,是否模式本身就存在问题?4S店提供了汽车购买和维修保养的“一站式服务”。4个S分别代表:整车销售
