目的 :探讨力竭运动对大鼠心脏心钠素表达的影响。材料和方法 :4月龄雄性 SD大鼠 30只 ,体重 2 2 0~ 36 0g。随机分为 (1)正常对照组 (A组 )、(2 )有训练游泳力竭组 (B组 )、(3)无训练游泳力竭组 (C组 )。每组各 10只。灌注后取出整心 ,用免疫组化 ABC法及图像分析技术 ,显示和检测大鼠心脏心钠素的表达和含量。结果 :心钠素免疫阳性反应为 :右心耳 >右心房 >左心房 >右心室近心房处。与 A组相比 ,B组大鼠心房心钠素表达明显增加 ;C组大鼠心房心钠素表达明显减少。两组大鼠心肌组织均表现程度不同的异常 ,以 C组大鼠心肌组织学结构的损伤更为严重。结论 :力竭运动训练对大鼠心肌组织学结构和心钠素内分泌功能具有严重的损伤性影响
Objective: To investigate the effect of exhaustive exercise on the expression of atrial natriuretic peptide (atrial natriuretic peptide) in rat heart. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty male 4-month-old male Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 220-260 g were used. Randomly divided into (1) normal control group (A group), (2) training swimming exhaustion group (B group), (3) untrained swimming exhaustion group (C group). Each group of 10. After the perfusion, the whole heart was removed and the expression and content of atrial natriuretic peptide in the heart of the rats were detected and detected by ABC immunohistochemistry and image analysis. Results: Atrial natriuretic peptide positive reaction was: right atrial appendage> right atrium> left atrium> right ventricle near the atrium. Compared with group A, the atrial natriuretic peptide expression was significantly increased in group B; the atrial natriuretic peptide expression was significantly decreased in group C. Myocardial tissue in both groups showed different degrees of abnormalities, and the damage of myocardial histopathology in group C was even more serious. CONCLUSION: Exhausted exercise training has a severe damaging effect on myocardial histology and atrial natriuretic endocrine function in rats
