用Na_2SO_4代替NaC1再生的有关化学检验方法要比用NaC1再生麻烦得多,因为测定硫酸根含量的方法沒有象测定氯根那么容易方便,因此如何寻求测得硫酸根的快速方法对于指导生产尤为十分必要,但由于我们的水平有限,所提供的一些作法不一定对,仅供参考。 (一)清洗质量的检验: 对于清洗质量的鉴别,必须测得清洗后水中残存的硫酸根的含量,方能得出结论,但由于测定硫酸根的一般可靠方法是采用重量法,它耗费时间多,不能满足生产上的要求,我们是采用以下几种方法来检验的: (1)观察法:取清洗水50C.C.滴加1N HC1使溶液呈微酸性(PH=3.0),加热煮沸3—5分钟,取下趁热滴加5%BaC1_2溶液,边加边观察,是否有混浊现象产生,根据混浊程度和沉淀生成的数量多少来确定清洗效果。
