目的研究牛至(Origanum vulgare L.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20及RP-HPLC等多种色谱技术对牛至全草的化学成分进行系统的分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从牛至的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到了13个化合物,分别鉴定为4-(O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-hydroxy-7-(3’,4’-dihydroxy-benzoyl)-benzyl alcohol(1)、(5,7,3’,4’-tetrahydroxy-8-C-p-hydroxybenzylflavone)(2)、6,7,4’-三羟基黄酮(3)、1,2,4-苯三酚(4)、丹参素甲酯(5)、(+)-(R)-迷迭香酸正丁酯(6)、香蜂草苷(7)、芹菜素(8)、芹菜素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、木樨草素(10)、阿魏酸(11)、咖啡酸(12)和β-谷甾醇(13)。结论化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Origanum vulgare L. Methods The chemical constituents of Allopurceau spp. Were systematically isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-HPLC. The structures of compounds were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of oregano and identified as 4- (O-β-D-glucopyranosyl) -hydroxy-7- (3’4H- dihydroxy-benzoyl) -benzyl alcohol 1, 5,7,3 ’, 4’-tetrahydroxy-8-Cp-hydroxybenzylflavone (2), 6,7,4’-trihydroxyflavone (3) 4, Danshensu methyl ester (5), (+) - (R) - n-butyl rosmarinate (6), vanillin (7), apigenin (8) β-D-glucopyranoside (9), lohrin (10), ferulic acid (11), caffeic acid (12) and β-sitosterol (13). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
