采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定10种不同类型肥料中的镍、钴、硒、钒、锑和铊等重金属的含量,并组织8家实验室进行实验室比对工作。实验室比对结果的精密度由ISO 5725-2:1994《测量方法与结果的准确度(正确度与精密度)第2部分:确定标准测量方法重复性与再现性的基本方法》获得。实验结果表明,肥料中镍、钴、硒、钒、锑、铊的含量平均值与重复性标准差和再现性标准差存在线性关系,随着镍、钴、硒、钒、锑、铊的含量的增加,重复性标准差和再现性标准差也在增加。
The contents of heavy metals such as nickel, cobalt, selenium, vanadium, antimony and thallium in 10 different types of fertilizers were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Eight laboratories were organized for laboratory comparison. The accuracy of laboratory results is determined by ISO 5725-2: 1994 “Accuracy (accuracy and precision) of measurement methods and results - Part 2: Basic methods of determining the repeatability and reproducibility of standard measurement methods”. The results showed that the average content of nickel, cobalt, selenium, vanadium, antimony and thallium in fertilizer had a linear relationship with the standard deviation of repeatability and standard deviation of reproducibility. With the content of nickel, cobalt, selenium, vanadium, antimony and thallium The increase, repeatability standard deviation and reproducibility standard deviation are also increasing.
