近年来内窥镜手术的数量增加,为监测这些手术,西雅图瑞典医学中心建立妇科内窥镜回顾委员会,对一家私人医院42名手术医师在1992年1月～1993年3月31日15个月期间为218例患者施行的227次内窥镜手术过程(100次子宫镜术、127次腹腔镜术)进行回顾。 结果:子宫镜手术最多的并发症是子宫穿孔(8％),技术问题(8％),膨宫液体出入不平衡(5％)。异位妊娠的腹腔镜处理46例。技术性的并发症包括持续性出血和显象不良而由开腹手术完成,导致4例 In recent years the number of endoscopic surgeries has increased. To monitor these surgeries, the Seattle Swedish Medical Center established the Gynecological Endoscopy Review Committee to evaluate the effectiveness of 42 gynecologic endoscopists in a private hospital between January 1992 and March 31, 1993 15 months During this period, 227 endoscopic procedures performed by 218 patients (100 hysteroscopy and 127 laparoscopic procedures) were reviewed.
