我們用甘草浸膏代甘草根来制备甘草流浸膏,由于在技术上有些改进,使消耗率由15%降低到6%。茲將这些經驗介紹如下。我們过去的制法,是把甘草浸膏除去紙皮,加蒸餾水,加热煮溶、放冷、加酒精和氨水,再加蒸餾水至所需量。放置澄清,吸取上部澄清液,过濾即得。按照这样做,放置时間很長,而且沉渣又不易沉下,所以难于澄清。因此,消耗率竟达15%。在大量生产的时候,就积存了大量的沉渣液。后来曾試用雞蛋白作吸凝剂,再把这些沉淀澄清。每500毫升中,加蛋白一个,加热攪拌煮沸5分鐘,放冷后,很快又再澄清,用虹
