本文介绍了某水电厂调速器液压控制系统控制柜的电源配置和供电方式,以及控制柜失电时机组处理事故的方式,分析了原设计方案存在的不足及安全隐患,结合实际运行情况对控制柜失电保护方案进行分析和研究,并提出相应的解决思路和方案,从而提高了调速器液压控制系统控制柜电源的供电可靠性,保障机组可靠安全稳定运行。
This paper introduces the power configuration and power supply mode of the hydraulic control system control cabinet of a hydropower station governor and the way of the unit dealing with the accident when the control cabinet is out of power. It analyzes the shortcomings and potential safety problems of the original design scheme. Combining with the actual operation conditions Control cabinet power loss protection program analysis and research and put forward corresponding solutions and programs to improve the governor hydraulic control system power supply reliability of power supply cabinet to ensure reliable and safe and stable operation of the unit.
