大量研究结果表明,对于完全奥氏体钢焊缝仅通过调整焊缝的化学成分是难以解决其凝固裂纹问题的,只有减小焊缝在凝固时所受的拉伸应变才是防止凝固裂纹出现的途径。本研究通过辅助热源加热脆性温度区间附近的母材金属使之膨胀以减小焊缝所受的拉伸应变。研究结果表明辅助热源的功事大小和施加位置合适时可以有效地防止凝固裂纹的产生。
