阐述了基于计划评审技术的装备试验项目计划管理方法。对装备试验项目进行了任务分解,列出了装备试验项目工序清单;针对工序期望周期的计算提出了改进方案,在三时估计法基础上采用偏向值法计算工序期望周期,减少了工序周期估算误差;绘制了试验计划网络图,并进行了网络分析和优化。经网络优化后,可缩短试验计划周期,试验项目在指定周期内完成的概率进一步提高。
