利用双向电泳技术,发现14 h/d照光的10 d长日光周期处理可以在光敏核不育水稻农垦585(NK58S)和对照农垦58(NK58)叶片中诱导出一种新蛋白,而 10 h/d的 10 d短日光周期未能诱导此蛋白,该蛋白的分子量和等电点分别为 36 ku和 pI5.2.利用经典的红光诱导-远红光逆转实验证明了该蛋白的表达受光敏色素系统的调节.该蛋白同时出现在NK58S和NK58叶片中,表明NK58S和NK58对长日胁迫作出的反应有一些可能是相似的.
Using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, it was found that the 10 day long-day photoperiod treatment of 14 h / d light could induce a new protein in the photosynthetic male sterile rice Nongken 585 (NK58S) and control Nongken 58 (NK58) d 10 d short day light cycle failed to induce this protein, the molecular weight and isoelectric point of the protein were 36 ku and pI5.2. Using classical red-light-far red light reversal experiments, it was demonstrated that the expression of this protein is regulated by the phytochrome system. The protein appears in both NK58S and NK58 leaves, suggesting that some of the responses of NK58S and NK58 to long-day stress may be similar.
