随着变电站信息化、网络化、智能化程度的不断提高,二次系统的可靠性已经成为影响智能变电站安全运行的核心问题。对智能变电站二次系统开展在线监测评估,是及早评判和预警二次系统运行状况和健康程度的重要手段。论文提出了智能变电站二次系统在线监测评估体系架构,并提出了通过核心参数及运行状态的监测评估,对智能变电站安全隐患进行趋势判断和损失性评估。围绕二次系统保护测控装置、监控系统、对时系统、交换机四大部分,从评估参数模型、评估子项模型和评估对象模型三个方面描述了完整在线监测评估模型,最后给出了在线监测的评估流程。
With the substation information, network, the increasing degree of intelligence, the reliability of the secondary system has become a key issue affecting the safe operation of smart substation. On-line monitoring and evaluation of the secondary system of the intelligent substation is an important means of early judging and early warning of the operating status and health of the secondary system. The paper puts forward the system architecture of on-line monitoring and evaluation of secondary system of smart substation and puts forward the trend judgment and loss assessment of the hidden dangers of intelligent substation through the monitoring and evaluation of core parameters and operating status. Surrounding the secondary system protection and monitoring devices, monitoring systems, timing systems, switches four major parts, from the assessment of parameter models, assessment of sub-models and assessment of the object model describes a complete online monitoring evaluation model, and finally gives the online monitoring Assessment process.
