山东省委在加强对高校党建工作的领导中,从抓党员教师的教育入手,加强了对党员教授的教育。省委委托高校工委举办了党员教授培训班,以提高党员教授的马克思主义理论水平和政治觉悟,充分发挥他们在政治和业务方面的“传、帮、带”作用。自去年12月12日开始,到今年6月4日,已举办党员教授培训班4期,培训党员教授246名。除担任校级领导职务和身体不能坚持学习的以外,全省63所高校的党员教授已基本培训一遍。省委领导对党员教授培训班非常关心和重视。省委书记及有关常委分别到各期培训班作报告,同教授们座谈、讨论。省高校工委对党员教授培训班进行了精心组织,安排专人负责。每期培训班都建立临时党支部、党小组。高校工委几位书记轮流参加学习讨论和组织领导工作。对教授们培训期间的食宿、医疗保健等都有周密的安排。针对党员教授的特点,培训班采取以自学为主,辅
