2000年,全省各级劳动争议仲裁委员会共立案受理劳动争议案件9732件,涉及劳动者33364人,其中已审理结案8953件,结案率为92%。此外,各级劳动争议仲裁委员会还案外调解劳动争议2726件。2000年我省的劳动争议呈现出以下几个特点:(一)劳动争议案件数量急剧增加。2000年全省各级劳动争议仲裁委员会立案数量比1999年增加了2282件,涉及劳动者人数增加了10344人,净增值均为劳动争议仲裁制度恢复以来之最,分别上升30%和45%。是1988年劳动争议处理工作恢复时的17倍,是1995年的4倍。
In 2000, the labor dispute arbitration commissions at all levels across the province filed a total of 9,732 labor dispute cases involving 33,364 laborers, of which 8,953 were settled and the case closure rate was 92%. In addition, labor dispute arbitration committees at all levels mediate 2,726 labor disputes on a case-by-case basis. Labor disputes in our province in 2000 showed the following characteristics: (1) The number of labor disputes increased sharply. In 2000, the number of labor disputes arbitration commissions at all levels across the province increased by 2,282 over 1999 and the number of workers involved increased by 10,344. The net added value was the highest since the labor dispute arbitration system was restored, up 30% and 45% respectively. It was 17 times that of the restoration of labor dispute in 1988, four times that of 1995.
