聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的分子量对温度-形变性质的影响

本文从的简化分子模型出发,改进了分子量和T_f间的关系式,得到了lnM=A-E/R·1/T_f的直线方程。对于分级的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯的冷压和热压样品进行了不同荷重下温度-形变性貭的研究,所有的结果均符合上述方程式。本文并讨论了样品成型,施加荷重的大小等因素对聚合物温度-形变性貭的影响。 Starting from the simplified molecular model, this paper improves the relationship between molecular weight and T_f, and obtains the linear equation of lnM = A-E / R · 1 / T_f. The temperature-deformation 貭 was investigated under different loadings for the cold-pressed and hot-pressed samples of fractionated polymethylmethacrylate. All the results were in accordance with the above equation. In this paper, the effects of sample formation, applied load, and other factors on the temperature-deformability of polymers were also discussed.
