目的通过对厚朴生长及药材质量的生态适宜性等级划分,进行全国厚朴生产区划,为确定厚朴的适宜种植区提供科学依据。方法对全国43个样点的厚朴资源进行调查与质量分析;利用最大信息熵模型计算出影响厚朴生长及药材质量的生态因子;利用统计软件对各影响因子进行等级划分;应用地理信息系统进行厚朴生态适宜性等级划分。结果湖北西南部及重庆东部等地区厚朴的生态适宜性较好,该区域厚朴植物的生境适宜度值较高,厚朴药材的厚朴酚含量与和厚朴酚含量相近。结论湖北和重庆的部分地区是厚朴的最适宜种植区。
OBJECTIVE Through the division of ecological suitability of Magnolia officinalis and its medicinal material quality, the division of Magnolia officinalis in the whole country is carried out to provide a scientific basis for determining the suitable planting area of Magnolia officinalis. Methods Magnolia resources of 43 sampling sites in China were surveyed and analyzed for quality. Ecological factors affecting Magnolia officinalis growth and quality of medicinal materials were calculated by using maximum entropy model. The influential factors were classified using statistical software. Geographic Information System Magnolia ecological suitability level division. Results The ecological suitability of Magnolia officinalis in southwestern Hubei Province and eastern Chongqing was better, and the Magnoliaceae plants had higher Habitat Suitability values in this area. Magnolol content in Magnolia officinalis was similar to that in honokiol. Conclusion Some parts of Hubei and Chongqing are the most suitable planting areas for Magnolia officinalis.
