目的:探究颅内压检测应用于重度颅脑外伤治疗中的临床价值。方法:抽取2013年9月--2014年8月在我院就诊的98例重度颅脑外伤患者进行临床研究,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组接受ICP检测治疗,对照组接受常规治疗,观察记录检测结果,分别制定治疗方案,统计疗效并分析。结果:治疗组的脱水剂使用时间、剂量均低于对照组,并发症发生率也显著低于对照组,临床疗效明显高于对照组,两组数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颅内压检测应用于重度颅脑外伤治疗中可有效指导制定及调整治疗方案,提高临床疗效,降低患者并发症,可在临床广泛使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of detecting intracranial pressure in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury. Methods: A total of 98 patients with severe traumatic brain injury in our hospital from September 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received ICP test and the control group received routine treatment , Observe and record the test results, respectively, to develop treatment options, statistical efficacy and analysis. Results: The time and dosage of dehydrating agent in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group. The clinical efficacy was significantly higher than that of the control group. The data of two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of intracranial pressure test in the treatment of severe craniocerebral trauma can effectively guide the formulation and adjustment of the treatment plan, improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the complication of the patient, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
