通过文献资料法、事实例证与对比等方法,研究了中学基层田径教练员必须具备的专项工作能力、工作职业与道德修养等素养。结果得出:如果一位教练员的工作能力很强,但是职业道德修养较差,导致的工作效率较低;工作能力一般,但职业道德良好,工作效率较好;工作能力强,职业道德修养高,最终取得的工作效率更高。研究旨为基层学校如何从职业修养方面提高工作效率,和谐训练团队,形成只有具备良好的专业知识、专项技能、职业道德修养,才能真正成为合格的、信任的教练员,组建一个优秀的训练团队的共识。
By means of literature review, factual illustration and comparison, this paper studies the qualities of work ability, job and moral training which the middle school track and field coaches need. The results show that: if a trainer’s ability to work is very strong, but the poor professional ethics, resulting in lower efficiency; work ability in general, but good work ethics, work efficiency is better; ability to work, professional ethics High, the resulting work more efficient. The purpose of this research is to find out how primary-level schools can improve their work efficiency in terms of professional accomplishments and harmoniously train their work teams so as to form an excellent training team capable of becoming qualified and trustworthy trainees with only good professional knowledge, special skills and professional ethics.
