通过文献资料法、事实例证与对比等方法,研究了中学基层田径教练员必须具备的专项工作能力、工作职业与道德修养等素养。结果得出:如果一位教练员的工作能力很强,但是职业道德修养较差,导致的工作效率较低;工作能力一般,但职业道德良好,工作效率较好;工作能力强,职业道德修养高,最终取得的工作效率更高。研究旨为基层学校如何从职业修养方面提高工作效率,和谐训练团队,形成只有具备良好的专业知识、专项技能、职业道德修养,才能真正成为合格的、信任的教练员,组建一个优秀的训练团队的共识。 By means of literature review, factual illustration and comparison, this paper studies the qualities of work ability, job and moral training which the middle school track and field coaches need.
