语文档案是依据语文学科的特点、教学目标、教学内容和学生发展的需要而建立的,其基本成分是学生学习语文的成果、学习体会和同学、教师、家长的评价记录。小学语文学习档案评价是指根据学生在语文学习中以档案的形式收集自己在语文学习中表现记录和语文学习成果从而进行客观的、综合的评价。评价过程要采取多次、多层次评价,拓宽评价的时间与空间;实行多主体评价,保证评价的全面性和可信性;同时强调学生的自评和反思,提高评价的效果。整个评价过程具有全程性、多样性,有利于克服不良的语文学习习惯;有利于学生建立自信;有利于学生、家长、教师之间进行有效沟通,促进学生语文综合能力的发展。
